These organic eggs come from chicken that is raised on organic feed and grown without commercial fertilizers or pesticides. They do not contain hormones or antibiotics and have a brown shell with a colorful yellow-orange yolk. Can be used for any pastry recipes or can simply be served and enjoyed as an omelet, sunny side-up, in cocotte or hard boiled.
To prepare and omelet, beat the eggs together and cook in non-stick pan for about 2 minutes. Keep the egg runny inside to keep tender and tasty. Add parsley herbs with fleur de sel and serve.
