Scottish salmon is known for its quality and high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals. It's also famous for its Omega 3 content, which makes it both healthy and delicious! It can be prepared in several different ways including pan fried, steamed, grilled and even poached.
It's easy and it's delicious. Simply put it in a baking tray with some olive oil, sliced shallots, little lemon juice and fresh dill or any other herb you like. Cover the tray with aluminium and put it in the oven for around 10-12 minutes. When ready, serve immediately with green vegetables and drizzle with Pensato Lemon oil, fresh pepper and fleur de sel. Remember Salmon should stay pink in the middle so do not over cook it.
