The most famous traditional Greek cheese. It forms a significant part of the Greek diet and is linked to history and traditions. It is made from a mixture of sheep and goat milk. It has a light salty, sour flavour and a natural white colour.

  • Type of cheese : soft cheese, pasteurized
  • Made from: goat and sheep's milk
  • Storage: Wrap the cheese loosely in waxed or greaseproof paper rather than cling film and place it in a plastic box. Keep in your fridge at the lowest place.
  • Shelf life: 7days

Chef's Tip:
Add to a salad of baby lettuce , datterino tomatoes, cucumber, shallots, dill herb and virgin olive oil.
