Description:
Sea bream is always popular. It’s a relatively flat fish with a subtle flavor. In French it's called Dorade and is very famous across the coast. It can be prepared in different ways including of which pan fried, steamed, grilled or even poached and of course with all type of herbs depending on what you like.

Chef’s Tip:
Pan fry or grill your sea bream filet for about 4-5 minutes or cook whole for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with Pensato Virgin olive oil and fleur de sel.
