This triple-cream cheese has been enriched with milk coming from the land where the cheese is made and to preserve the traditions handed down through generations, the milk is always tested for quality before use.
After ripening for 4 to 5 weeks, the Brillat Savarin Xavier David is packaged in a wooden box to continue ripening even after it leaves the cellar.
Taste the cheese on a slice of bread accompanied with a fruity jam or dried fruits and walnut. Can also be served as garnish on the top of a salad with bread croutons and dried fruits.
