Australian wagyu have a spectacular quality with a mild and rich flavor. The cattle are all naturally raised, free of added hormones and are fed a clean diet of grains and grasses. This ensures that the Wagyu beef is world class quality at its best.


Our minced beef is made with beef steak and is perfect for making everything from meatballs to bolognese sauce.

Chef’s Tip:
Cook in a pot with olive oil, garlic, carrots and bay leaves for about 10 minutes. Add peeled tomatoes and cook in low heat for about 30 minutes. Season with piment d’espelette and fleur de sel.
