Frequently asked questions

Q. How do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order when it gets delivered. We accept cash, credit cards and cheques payments. Once you complete your order on the website, we'll send you an email confirming the order and will follow that up with a call to organize a convenient day and time for delivery. 


Q. When will I receive my invoice?

Once we've received your goods and have prepared all items for delivery, we'll email you an invoice and will provide you with a printed copy for signing when we deliver.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately not - because we are dealing with fresh produce, once an order is received it can't be cancelled.


Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery normally takes about 24 hours - we confirm all delivery timings once orders are received.


Q. Do you deliver to other Emirates / Countries?

Not for the time being,  we only deliver within Dubai. We'll let you know when this changes


Q. If I want something specific and it's not on your website, can you get it for me?

Very possibly - give us a call and let us know what you're after.


Q. Can prices Fluctuate?

As you know we only deal with high end product which goes by seasonality, hence when supply decreases, producers tend to increase the prices.  We will try to hold as much as possible, however in some instances prices will change. (upwards or downwards).
